What to Wear for New Year’s Eve

Over the years, we’ve done a variety of things for New Year’s Eve, ranging from staying in and playing games to going out to a party. I’ve put together three looks to help you come up with ideas for what to wear for New Year’s Eve!

The first outfit would be perfect for a casual in home gathering with friends. I chose this top because of the pretty jewel tone color and paired it with jeans and booties for ultimate comfort. OK, so maybe sweats would be a teeny bit more comfortable, but jeans are a close second! 😉 And if I’m hanging out with friends, I like to feel at least somewhat put together!

This top was sent to me by Chloe Oliver from their holiday line. I saw it in their instagram stories and was immediately drawn to the color and sleeve shape, plus it has so much detail! If you need additional warmth, a black moto jacket would be cute on top.

My second look is likely what I’ll be wearing this year. The cami is part of the Gibson Glam holiday line and as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it! It also comes in black and a gorgeous red color, but I love the ivory for its year round versatility. I paired it with black pants and a casual black blazer (pictured above). It would also be so fun with this velvet blazer and jeans.

I couldn’t write a post like this without showing one sparkly dress! This is by Leith, and the cut is the same as their extremely popular ruched dress from this post. The price is fantastic and who doesn’t love a little sparkle for a party?

The shoes I’m wearing with this dress are the same ones I was wearing in the previous look. I own them in two colors and love that they go with absolutely anything! If you need a bit more warmth, these patent heels would be perfect as well, in nude or in black!
