I think I may have taken my addiction to online shopping to a new extreme, seeing as how I now order my Target stuff online too! On the plus side, it saves me a lot of money. But the downside is that I don’t get to walk around and see all the cute clothes! I actually went inside my Target this week so I thought I would bring you a fall Target try on haul!
Rust may be the fall color I blogged about, but I’m also obsessed with mustard yellow, as you can tell by this outfit! I picked up these Steve Madden studded flats (on sale again for 40% off!) during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and they oddly go with everything. Then I found this cute ribbed sweater in the same color and had to try it on! It’s under $20 and comes in a bunch of colors.
Blue stripes? Yes please. This is the same brand as the yellow sweater above and is also $20. I found it true to size and am wearing the small.
This was my favorite sweater of the bunch. It’s so soft, priced at $33, and is a great length to wear with leggings. I bought this with the idea that I’d wear it with faux leather leggings and tennies, but it looks great with jeans too! The fit is oversized, so I went down to an XS in this one.
Target is killing it at the coat game lately! I love the color palette of this coat and the plaid is so cute! The tie waist is good too. At just under $40, I think I’d get a lot of wear out of this!
The puff sleeve adds a fun twist to an otherwise basic sweatshirt. I’d wear this running errands or around the house on the weekends. I’m wearing a small and the price is $25.
The teddy bear trend is back this year and I am here for it! Who wouldn’t want to wear something this warm and fuzzy while still looking put together? This sherpa pullover is $25 and comes in several colors.
Didn’t I tell you Target is killing the coat game? This metallic puffer is $45 and I am so obsessed with the color! I think the length is perfect too – it’s long enough to cover most of your tops but not too long to be impractical for California “winter” weather. Ha. For those of you who get an actual winter, this would probably be a better spring or fall option.
I can’t find this cozy brushed knit top online in the stripe, only in solid colors. It’s a great basic piece and so easy to throw on and go! I found these velvet pants online but just in plus sizes, so I linked a similar pair. I sized up one size in this pair of pants.
Apparently I forgot how to pose for outfit photos and awkwardly popped my knee out. But let’s try to move past that and focus on how cute this skirt is! I love the pleated midi skirt trend and the price is great at just $28! You could pair this with booties for date night, or swap out the sweater for a velvet cami and be holiday ready!
No Target try on haul would be complete without at least one fail. I wanted to love this dress since both the color and the fabric scream fall. However, even though I’m wearing a medium because they didn’t have a small, the mock neck felt much too high and tight! If it works for you, I’d pair it with booties and the cute checkered coat. It would be a fun family photo look too!
That concludes my fall Target try on haul. If you’re interested in seeing videos of some of the pieces, check out my Target instagram stories here. Have you picked up any fun pieces from there recently? Let me know in the comments!
