It’s no secret that I’m a fan of white denim year round, as evidenced in this post. This is my favorite time of year to wear them! I love pairing white jeans with a beautiful spring top like this one. I don’t typically gravitate toward an off the shoulder top, but in this case I fell in love with the blue and white stripes! The strapless bra is worth it for a top this cute. 😉 The gathers around the neckline and around the sleeves are a cute touch.
I realized that I’ve featured these blue wedges a few times lately (with this dress and this sweater), but this is the perfect time of year to wear them! Once summer comes, I won’t want something with a closed toe. The navy is a nice contrast to the otherwise pastel look. The wedges are from JCrew Factory and they come in three colors including the navy.
I’ve had these white jeans for years and I keep thinking I should replace them, but I don’t actually have a good reason to do so! Distressed white jeans would be cute, but I have several other pairs of distressed denim and I don’t necessarily need another pair. I always get comments about wearing white jeans as a mother of young kids (boys, no less!) but they wash really well! I love jeans and it’s nice to have an alternative to blue sometimes.
My white bracelet is Stella & Dot from a few years ago, but they sell a similar version currently that’s just as cute. The white compliments the off the shoulder top and I like the gold accents. Most of the time I’m in too much of a hurry to bother with jewelry. Neutral pieces like this bracelet are perfect because they literally go with anything!
This weekend holds more basketball and baseball, and, finally, some sunny days! I love this time of year when the weather cooperates. The boys have spring break in just two more weeks. We are looking forward to a trip to New York City to visit dear friends. Before you know it, summer will be here! Well, that’s what I’m telling myself at least! 😉
