I’ve heard it said many times that leopard is a neutral. Is it really, though? I have to admit I’ve been skeptical. But once I found my new favorite flats I suddenly want to wear them with everything! I’m showcasing two outfits to help show you how to wear leopard print and stripes.
These flats are the most expensive flats I have ever purchased. Although they are now on sale for a great price, I bought them full price back in December. I had been eyeing some less expensive leopard flats ones online, but when I went to try them on, they were so uncomfortable! Life is just too short for bad shoes, am I right?! My next stop was the Sam Edelman store and as soon as I put these on, I was in love! They are so comfortable and were that way from the first time I wore them. No need to break these babies in!
I bought the leopard shoes to wear to an event I hosted at J.Crew. I’m obsessed with this sweater blazer and built the entire outfit around that piece. Since the sweater is neutral, I knew I wanted to pair it with a pattern. Although this sweater blazer looks cute with a solid colored top as well, I love the stripes!
How cute are the buttons on the side of this sweater? I love the chunky knit, the colors, and those buttons! Again, the neutral color palette of this sweater lends itself perfectly to a pop of leopard!
Now that I’ve discovered how to wear leopard print and stripes, it’s time for another pair of leopard shoes, don’t you think? 😉
